Gone too soon
I think too many things happened in 2009... I got married.. Got my own house... Michael Jackson died... Afiq passed his PSLE... Got a pay raise.. & so much more...
Being 25 & married,i feel really old..haha What more with the rushing home after work to cook for the hubby,ironing his work clothes,watching late night movies together,midnight mustafa rendevous,Holidays,preparation for e new home... Phew! I think i have never been so busy all of my life! haha But it is something tat i am thankful for thought some may beg to differ...
I am tired of hearing people trying to psycho me that i am still young & tat i do not need a baby to bring me down.. Like seriously people! Stop it already! Whether or not i choose to have a kid now or 2 yrs down the road doesnt really concerns you,so stay out of it already! I believe that when the time is right,Allah will work his magic like he always does for me...
Being married also means lesser time for e lappy...lesser time on FB...Lesser time catching up on youtube.... But it is compensated with late night movies with the hubby! He even tagged along when i wanted to watch New Moon! Damn! New Moon is so so good...Though i wished the movie was longer & i cant wait for Eclipse!!!!!! Jacob! HOT!!!! I didnt noe Taylor Lautner was tat hot! Seriously..
I noe this post is totally random stuff,but its all i have to say... =) I cant sleep... Hubby is snoring already...hehe So deep in dreamland already...
I cant wait for 24th dec!! Will be heading to KL!!!! A short getaway b4 our 2nd honeymoon next yr Insya'Allah... =) Kinda feel like going back to Bali!
Wonder if i will ever set foot in Bali again... *ponders*
Our original plan was to go hari raya visiting,but too many of our friends couldnt make it... so we decided to go to each others house b4 we go somewhere else to chill... 1st plan ws to go to east coast beach,but we remembered that on a saturday nite,its difficult to get a parking space so we changed to going to mac donalds @ kallang... & finally we decided on Marina Barrage... Good choice! cause even the sleepy naufal was wide awake when we reached marina barrage..
Once we got in the water,all hell broke lose..hehe Naufal started posing like a model.. he would do nonsensical poses that made all of us crack like mad especially his CK underwear pose..haha tat was hilarious!
Jumping,splashing,kicking the water really made us feel like kids again! Too bad its always the 4 of us.. wished the others would join us seh... =) the more the merrier!
From our clueless poses to the hilarious jumping ones(that had disastrous results hehe) we had so much fun! Until our tummy started rumbling..hehe We didnt get any food to last us our chill out session! & so our last minute scramble to think for a place to go for supper in the middle f the night ended ourselves near clementi! hehe I think the place is called al amin or al ameen..forgot..hehe All bcoz naufal mentioned prata ice cream & we realised this place had nice ones..
Ended the night by discussing our pending trip to KL which we're waiting for Sister loon to approve Mas's leave!! pls pls pls! It'll be so exciting to go there wif them! Ended the night at about 3am... i was having fever thru out but for e sake of my lovely mas,i still stuck it out..hehe
Lets do it again some time soon minus the fever k!
Its been almost a month since i last updated this dusty blog of mine.... Its always a case of too many things & too little time... Deepavali weekend was spent over at melaka wif the in laws.. & this weekend is cousin Faiz's wedding...
Phew... on another note,my abg rossi has clinched the title again!!! hehehe Power la abg rossi...
I hope the december trip will materialize cause i need a break from singapore.... So loony,pls grant mas her leave!

On 25th September,i sprang a suprise on my hubby for his advanced 25th birthday..He's been saying he want to have dinner @ Little Bali after seeing fellow blogger Zai's page... So as a suprise,after work,i gave him the address,told him we have less than an hour to get home & change b4 going for the suprise... We had difficulty finding the place but once we found it,it was so nice & serene... =)

Our 1st raya was a blast as husband & wife... We managed to go visiting with both side of the family... Aidilfitri has never been so complete when u have a husband to complete you =)**

I cannot wait for New Moon!!!!!!!! Its coming out on 20th November & i just wish it would just hurry up!! hehe Maybe,i should re read the books again!! hehe
Since receiving our house keys,we've been busy doing our own extremem make over especially for our room... So lets check out the difference in the b4 & after photos!
Here,you have a dull looking lime green room... uurrgghh.. Cant blame it..The previous owners were an old couple... =)
Here you have a ugly ass built in wardrobe... with so little time,we cant hack it & put in place a new one so we'll just have to make do...
Now,Close ur eyes.. Then scroll down... hhehehe we painted the whole room red with black accesories... Black bed,painted the wardrobe black,the side table black & some flower decal also in black...
The flower decals from Ikea... =) Pretty easy & convenient to use!
Curtains were bought in the geylang bazaar just last weekend! Now our room is complete except that we have yet to organise the wardrobe..hehe Oh dear,so much to do,so little time!!!!

As of 24th August 09,we became the proud owner of a home! we waited for nearly 6 months for this house & it was worth the wait... we rather wait 6 months than 2-4 yrs for a punggol or sengkang flat...
So welcome to our simple & humble abode... The place we now call home... =)
If anything,we're both really proud that at such an age,we've managed to own our own property.. Its a feeling of accomplishment like no other...
So 2009 is a year of many 1st...
1st time celebrating hari raya as Newly Weds (oklah,3months already,not so new) heheh 1st time celebrating with 2 sets of parents & families.. 1st time celebrating raya as a wife... (cheh cheh cheh) 1st time celebrating raya with a place to call our own!
Insya'allah,if time & rezeki permits,we will have an open house during raya... Lets just see how it goes... =)
Syukur alhamdulillah..
I feel blessed... =)Now all we need is a little to complete the picture... *insya'allah* =) Tuhan menentukan segalanya
What i do when i get bored at work....heheh I arrange the sweets according to their alphabets & then throw them all into a bottle back...haha I am so bo liao!
& so the 2nd outfit for the 13th June was picked by the husband & he wanted pink so pink it was...
Whoever thought that being a bride & groom was so hard?? We had to smile non stop & strike poses decided by the photographer... It was so difficult for us! haha But we enjoyed it nonetheless...
& Even the simplest place like the playground can become a place for a photo shoot =).. Still remember the kids that had to stop playing on the slides so that we can take some pics on the slide..ahaha kiddos once again...
The pink piece is husband's particular favourite one as he said it made him look nice which i kinda agree... =) hehe He looks really sweet in pink....
& Our favourite pic of all! the candid shot of us playing a fool on the slide... =) Its even on our laptop desktop! =)
By then it was 5pm & its on to the next outfit change which is the red outfit which is my favourite!
I have been trying to blog bout my days but i have no idea why my blogger posting is unable to let me do a proper post.. craps... maybe i should just post via multiply... =)
& so on a cool Saturday evening,we met up & had a chill out bbq session at Yishun dam wif Mas & Naufal our favourite couple! Amidst all the wating,we definitely had a lot to share & laugh about... =)
Met up at about 7.30pm & we stayed till late... Definitely will do it again..
& we're planning an outing soon! So Eirra,Ju & all that are interested,lets make it happen k!
We had lot sof good times to share & reminisce that it was so hard to say goodbye.. hehe
Nevertheless,i hope that there will be many more outings to come babe!!

Has the kadi arrived yet?
While going downstairs,i was overwhelmed by emotions.. A little like want to cry,a little nervous & also a little like want to go & pee! hehe But must action steady la hehe
We waited till about 2.15pm for the Kadi which is Kadi Sallim Jasman who also happens to be the same Kadi that Solemnized my own parents when they got married! =)

& with that, we became HALAL! haha
Alhamdulillah! After nearly 2 years of being engaged,we are now Man & Wife...
See,Now can smile so big..Just now the face so cramped..hehe

The poor husband had a hard time keeping his eyes open to look at the flash..hehe His one & only weakness is that he tends to close his eyes when taking pics wif flash... =p
Ooopppsss! This is wat happens when you stay up till 3am to redo ur henna that turned out light orange instead of red... haiz... its over..all i can say,Serik gegerl!
After our solemnization,we proceeded with our photoshoot... With this white dress as our 1st outfit... One down,2 more to go... =)

Alhamdulillah,the day we waited for has gone by perfectly...
The emotions potrayed real & this drama shows that true love always wins in the end no matter the hell ride you have to go thru to get to the end... =)
Just completed watching this philipino drama with some malaysian cast... All i can say is that, Jericho & carmen is so perfect for each other.... I dunno wat is it about Jericho but his acting is so so so good! When he cried,i couldnt help crying also cause i could almost feel the pain he is potraying...
